If you have lower back pain, this weeks exercise is for you. Watch as Jennifer Didonato shows us the importance of the "Deadlift". The deadlift is a great exercise to strengthen lower back muscles, especially after sitting behind a computer all day.

  • You really show the best Exercise which a wise human can give to another human. I had Muscule Strain in my 1st,2nd and 3rd Vertabae and I had Lower back Pain for 4-5 years. I was given Strong Abdominal Program by 2 x Physio Therap. , 1 x Orthoped and 1 Doctor.

    Thank god i came to my senses and realized that What i really needed was Simple Deadlifting with Moderate heavy weight reps of 6-8. I think this is the best Overall exercise that can be done in the world.

  • Ya i ve done that before in weight training. Deadlift isnt my favorite thing to do but i do when i get the chance. You do a great job jen. Your shows are an inspiration. Im going to make a video taking your program and keep you updated in a few weeks. Cheers !
