Why is it so important whether or not they're a Christian band?

Should that matter with music?

I thought music was good or bad based on how it sounds, how poetic the lyrics are.

Music shouldn't be about who the artists are, what they believe in, or how good they look.

Music is about the music.

Yes, a lot of their songs are of God and Christianity, but they can be interpreted in ways that aren't JUST about God. Think about it, and stop being so uptight about what kind of genre this falls under..
