1st attempt @ Andrew Darqui's 2-week squat routine, squat 4 days/week for 2 weeks.
Mon: heavy back squat
Tues: light front squat
Wed: off
Thurs: light back squat
Fri: heavy front squat
Sat/Sun: off
**REPEAT week 2**
Mon: TEST
