I think they just forgot about the whole sam thing just because if you look at the last episode you will see jim stand infront of a mirror and its his reflection...so yeah..but i am cool with that...its jim clancy again!! yay!

for everyone that is confused about Jim's name actually if you look close on his name tag it does say James Lucas so maybe he had his first name changed back to Jim

Anyone but me who noticed that in 09:17 the two doctors standing up in the stairs called "Dr. Clancy", that's weird because Jim is now Sam Lucas. Not Jim Clancy.
I thought that was kind of funny actually, that they forgot to change that.
