@luparul Is Arcturus the only avant garde band you know, bud? If so, you should check out more, much more, and you'll realize why this called avant garde. This band is actually pretty good.

I assume the fakeness of the sound is intended. Silly samples and such. But... must it sound cheap as well? Me no like.
Reading "Avantgarde Symphonic Black Metal" I thought of ARCTURUS (they are theatrical, hence the implied fakeness, they are really AVANTGARDE and most of all, they don't sound cheap).
