Pierced ear, tongue split and the discovery of a guitar

I discovered a guitar on the attic (I was babbling about a TRUNK all the time, but the attic is what I actually meant. :-D ) and decided to check it out!
I started plucking it with the help of youtube user "danfie" who made some excellent beginner tutorial videos like this one: http://youtu.be/7dXUW2wBS3I

I'm also talking about how I got my ear repierced, and about resplitting my tongue in the next few weeks.
However, you won't be seeing videos of that on Christmas Eve yet, as I am not doing it befre the 25th of December (gotta celebrate christmas with my parents, on Chr. eve). Expect to see it more likely on New Year's Eve!

Oh, and what the hell was up with my English? Probably I had become too tired by then. "pluck the sides of it"? The strings were meant of course...
I really need an opportunity for some practice. An American Pen Pal or something like that, with whom I can speak over Skype or so. Otherwise I'll soon sound like Mr. Oetinger...
