As many of us already knew rider makes a bike quick not the other way around. In saying this I bought a cbr600rr 07 and choose to get rid of my 91 due to mechanical problems as these guys found out old bikes generally cause a lot of problems.

i know its an old vid, but comparing to newer tests and reviews, this video was just amazing! very complete, much details and as a viewer you really can see that you actually had fun doing this! so please, more of this in the future and not something like the "which super bike for under 5000" video, which didn't even give a proper answer to the question!

@juicerock718 you arrogant asshole, not everyone has the available funds to purchase a new bike or they probably would! biking is for everyone of all income brackets, thats the beauty of biking and the reason i got into it in the first place. i own a 2001 r6 and love it to bits and every minute i spend on it, its idiots like you who put people off biking because they think they will get laughed at if they dont have the latest and greatest machine on the market. stop damaging the image of bikers!

@juicerock718 i would also like to add that my head is turned much faster by an older bike in mint condition that is well looked after! that impresses me way more than the guy who took the easy option and bought a new one! just to blend in with the thousands of other bought new bikes! dont get me wrong i like bikes new and old but i respect the fact that the biking community is made up of all kinds of ages,tastes,backgrounds and budgets! show some respect and be more open minded in future!
