Where Do You Get powerful axe glyph?

@silvertrix9 yeah it does but that enemy comes from sotn but it was called Ctulhu a fire and ice demon. Malachi was the one that looked like Ctulhu except it had a tentacle face. Overall one has a orange (Ctulhu) and the other has green (Malachi) on their body since they have the same body with a different color except their faces look different.
