Jet: Friesian x Percheron, 1st Day Home!

Jet is a Friesian x Percheron gelding, born May 2, 2005.

This video shows him exploring and playing in the arena on his first day at his new home. He arrived the evening before after 24-hours on the trailer (shipped from Tennessee, USA, to Ontario, Canada). He's been very calm since he arrived, and is settling in very nicely.

I've ridden him three times now since he arrived in his new home 5 days ago. I'm still trying to get the first video (of ride #1) processed. He's settling in amazingly well. :-)

I may ride him tomorrow. It'll depend on the weather (it's been nasty & rainy here), and on how settled he seems. The round pen is unuseable right now because of all the rain recently, so if I ride him it'll have to be in the arena. He's *very* green so I'm going slowly with him. I'll try to get video of a ride whenever I can.
