Part 2 - Also, McDonald's is horrible for you no matter what you get on the menu. They put sugar in EVERYTHING! There is high fructose corn syrup, a plethora of preservatives, the bread is bleached and virtually has no health factors, etc. Even if you order a salad, their dressings are like liquid weight gainer. Don't get me started on the meat, even the nuggets lol. Best thing to do is cut out as much sugar as possible, and have 1 day a week that you splurge. Keep it up! You so sexy ; )

You're doing a really great job! I just wanted to share a few things with you. The fruit in a cup that your eating, Del Monte?, most likely has high fructose corn syrup in it. That stuff is the devil, and it's in 90% of foods today, including that sparkling water you get. The sugar alternatives, like Splenda are artificial sweeteners formerly called aspartame. While they are OK for short term alternatives, they will eat away your intestines over time! No joke.
