  • good pull for is off big time but t looks like yoi have been training like that for awhile now tho keep getting stronger...

  • I agree my form certainly isn't perfect. Keeping my shoulders back and down is always a challenge for me when I am going heavier and it is something I am still trying to improve on. You are wrong in thinking I am an egotistical lifter and if you knew me at all you would know that not to be true, yes I make noise but it happens
