He does not give recon its a video mod.He mods videos with sony vegas.you can only have recon in videos and also you have to wear CQB armor thats the armor he mods.P.S. He never had real recon before.

Well of course that's what he does. He doesn't actually work at bungie so that means that that's the only way to get recon in theater.
