Google Project 10^100: How to Help the Elderly?

This is my idea submitted to Google Project 10^100 about how to help the elderly in the world.

My idea is to set up an Elderly Care services ("ECcall"), all you need to do is to phone the services hotline whenever you have time, then the system could divert the call to the joined elderly. You could simply spend a few minutes to talk with the elderly, share their emotional feelings.

Even the elderly may not have much to share, at least we know they are safe. The service is open to the public, whenever you want to care about the elderly, just make a phone call to the hotline.
