Team Rocket's Hideout in Mahogany Town

Lance somehow seems to know about EVERYTHING. Where the hideout is, how to get there, how exactly the signals are being sent out. Not only that, but the crazy guy has his Dragonite use HYPER BEAM ON A HUMAN! And they actually allow him to be a part of the Pokemon League?

I also run into Silver, who apparently got owned by Lance. Plus I capture an Electrode.

"A Poached Ego" was the name of the episode where a Tyranitar Hyper Beams Team Rocket several times. Though 4Kids' actors sure as hell didn't sound like they were beaten or worn out from the beatings they took from it.

I can never wonder how the hell Lance has mysterious Gary Stu powers. Plus, I was also annoyed by grunt battles Mysle (do they really think level 20's can fight level 40 Typholsion?)

well, you know how it is with this franchise. Pretty much everyone's some kinda environmentalist who places all emphasis on the world's wildlife (even if it is superpowered and the basis for most of their culture).

I remember in the anime, there was concern of a meteorite blowing up and taking out all the area's Pokemon... 'cause we all know the human characters shouldn't be concerned of getting nuked themselves, right? I'm awaiting the day someone sacrifices their first born to save a Pidgey.

for a minute, I was thinking humans having the same kind of insane durability as Pokemon was only in the anime, but... for it to actually appear in game canon? Damn.

This gets even more insane when you consider that in later generations (the same gen the remakes will be in, incidentally), there are now Pokemon capable of ripping space-time which any decently leveled Pokemon (like Lance's Dragonite) could fight on par with... plus, Hyper Beam's one of the most powerful attacks in the game.
