in the original version he said "dead since 1963" but now he says "dead since 1983" lol

You can see he's thinking when he gets to the line that should be about the "Thames Water Authority" but he obviously thinks "I can't start talking about the River Thames, the Americans won't know what I'm talking about." So yeah, in this version it becomes the "port authority".
