@Sensiblehuman Tough Love isn't the law the law is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law either by a jury of your peers and sentencing by a judge. The police are not to punish, but to apprehend. End of story.

Unfortunately, poor Black folks have very little support. Those Blacks that have the means or status (businesspersons, professional athletes, and other types of entertainers) to make a difference are usually missing in action. Many Black religious leaders fleece rather than pour into our communities. We are let down by our schools. Thus, upon reaching the age of employment, we find ourselves either unemployed or unemployable due to, among other things, the lack of preparation in the early years.

@MrBullfrog9876 The Bill of Rights, The Constitution, that's all subject to interpretation based on the facts and biases of the judges/justices. Review any court opinion and you will find a difference in interpretation of the same laws (even if the judges share the same decision). JUSTICE IS NOT BLIND - She is actually looking through binoculars and telescopes. Thus, WE Black folks must develop and chastise our youth. When we fail to do so we subject them to this wide open-eyed legal system.
