This is the ALTERNATING PUSH OFF. I use this drill quite a lot because its so dynamic and specific. The jumper places his foot flat on top of the platform. He then drives vertically upwards and must attemp to go as 'high as possible' to land on top of the paltform. He then re-sets and repeats the drill on the other leg. You could do 5 sets of 5 per leg.
