This excerpt discusses the Modes of Operation of the injection molding machine: manual mode (including set-up or mold set option), semi-automatic mode and automatic mode.
Our Injection Molding Basics series provides participants with a general understanding of the three major aspects of injection molding; the injection molding machine, the molding process, and the injection mold. These programs use 3D animation to demonstrate the inner workings of the machine and mold and to easily convey otherwise complex concepts. Important safety precautions are stressed throughout these training programs.

@jwo06 Netstal is good but personaly the Engel e-motion with integrated viper robot is better. With the new sequence editor is a huge leap forward for Engel. We have run productions of a short cycle part for pakkaging on a 180 t Netstal with high speed Sepro robot in 4.5 seconds and on the new 180 t e-motion and the cycle was 5.2. With one huge difference, the robot on the Engel was not a high speed.

@Sk0x90 Read the headline (Injection Molding Basics - Machine (excerpt). This video is not about material. Its about the machine. If you want videos about material look up material videos! Machine functions are basically the same from a 20T to a 6000T.
