butt sagging can also be caused or made worse by spinal kyphosis--that's when the pelvis is tilted "back" so that the lower back is straightened out and the whole back is too straight; the butt sinks with it. what you are doing here is also going to strengthen the lower back. it works even better if you can teach people how to contract the abs at the same time. good work. your butt looks great sis.

@lefty14u it will always depend on the person. Everyone is different. Results will depend on reps, sets, frequency, durations, tempo and intensity. But the actual change process starts early. I normally tell females approx. 4-8 weeks
