you should make a boat that lets you travel to other regions including: johto, hoenn, sinnoh, orre, and unova (known in japan as isshu).

I open the program it goes black and nonresponsive, im on win 7 64 bit, I have UAC turned off, full permissions, I meet system requirements, and am running in compatability for XP sp2 in admin mode
