I think that Brandon Flowers adopted bird-like qualities in his Day and Age tour. That was his thing. 3:19 I coulda sworn when his head turned he ruffled his feathers (even though hes not wearing feathers in that outfit.) There's something similar in his live performance at Royal albert hall but i don't remember what song it was.
