how was ireland? i'm trying to decide if i want to take my kids on a plane there or take a t-atlantic cruise and visit there plus some other places? btw my kids are young....not quite teeny boppers yet....:>)

Fantastic! Just booked a 14nt on Navigator of the seas, Rome to Ft Lauderdale Oct 23 2010. check it out, the price can't be beat, 1099 for a balcony. love the soundtrack!

How rough were the seas when you crosses the Atlantic?

The first two days there was a storm crossing the eastern coastline that affected us until we passed Bermuda, pretty choppy seas, a lot of people were a little seasick. From that point on the seas were relatively calm. It was actually the opposite of what we thought would happen. We went in April, I guess it depends on the overall weather; had it not been for that storm, it would've been smooth the whole way.
