We are no longer a great team,we are living on past glories and the autumn internationals have really exposed us as barely a second rate team at best,we are going further downhill under Martin Johnson.

The Welsh are dominating the northern hemisphere and going by their performances against NZ,Oz and RSA they are still on an upward curve.

Something needs to be done and done quickly or we will be the laughing stock of world rugby.

I dread us facing Wales in Cardiff,we WILL be annhialated.

I would like to add ........during the LIONS tour we witnessed how the England players bonded with the other nations and raised their game, this was achieved by the management team.

Now i have nothing against Martin Johnson as a person or player but in my opinion he is NOT the answer to English rugby,although i do prefer an English born manager I also see no wrong in appointing someone from outside of England and this is what is needed at this moment in time.

@LINCOLNSHIRELAD now look at us... beating australia, soke of the best young stars in rugby, and going on and building, every team has a cycle, most peak roughly evry 10 years or so, play well for about 2-3, then plummit, and slowly rebuild untill they win agian

rugby has always been a fluctuating sport, a nation will have a generation of great players (england 02/03) then they'll grow old and a new nations group of players take over. a side can't stay top forever. this isn't football where you just buy the best players from anywhere in the world.

yer i dont think we are, however we need to sort out the youth team coming up, some good players that hopefully make england better. The autumn test were a bit harsh due to our indisaplin.
