This footage was taken on July 1st, 2011 at approximately 7:30 a.m. at Phish Super Ball IX in the Dakota Campgrounds at Watkins Glenn International.
At around this time, a Wook came into the campgrounds on LSD and went up to a campsite to smoke with some campers. He then punched one of the campers in the face. The Wook refused to leave the campsite, before two police officers on horseback came to diffuse the situation.
You can see in this video the Wook try and drop his drugs before getting laid out by a police officer into a tent. The Wook was so dosed out of his mind, he began screaming and awoke the entire campsite.
