Fight 9

Had a small multi-school sparring exchange. Just friendly stuff, we pull back on head kicks and the like. I'm the guy wearing the black shirt with stripes. I was recording everything so I could see what I was doing wrong. Might as well upload them so other people can help. :)

Round 4! The last round I went with my new buddy and my last fight for the day. I hope everyone enjoys and as usual, advice is welcome! I'll upload shadowboxing videos once I'm not sore. :)

My advice, since you asked: Find a good boxing coach (emphasis on the word good) to help you with your stance and footwork. Until you develop effective footwork and good structure, you will lack balance (and therefore power) and be unable to control range. Without good footwork and and good structure (stance, hand and foot position) all other advice- from anyone- will be worthless.

idk y the other guy just didnt rush once u threw a kick bc u were already off balance when u threw the kick so itd be easy, then u could see ur guys pace slowing down near the last minute of the fight

once you get a jab in, rush in and close the distance, the guy your fighting has more reach, utilize head movement, and your inside and outside blocks.

Overall just needs maybe some work on the kicks. Every time you guys go off-balance after a kick haha, and then the other person could jam or something. Maybe look up revolution of the side/front/roundhouse kick?Iif you're gonna be kicking in fights.
