If you shoot something at 120FPS then you need insanely much light. I used something like 2 x 500W halogen lamps if i remember right, and still my video is pretty dark
If that happens with fluorescent lights or energy saving bulbs then it's normal. Glow bulbs or halogen bulbs should not do that effect. If it happens even with halogen lights, then you might have a broken camera unit in it

Does that happen in both filming in low light and high light? is it like static lines or do they move when you move your phone?
