The solo itself is in minor (Aeolian mode), but I also do a run down in C Dorian in the solo as well...

but the beggining on the solo its minor aelolian? and on what note ncux u get to f5 and the sloing like crazy so whats the scale on what note?

Oy, sorry for the REALLY long response time...

What I did there was actually a C Dorian run starting on the D string, going up the scale (in pitch) and hitting the F note on the G string, then doing a downward C Dorian run and finally ending on the Bb.
