Lea Thompson most recently served as Chief Consumer Correspondent for Dateline. As one of NBCs main investigative reporters, she has won every major journalism award, including the Gerald Loeb Award with stories that were the driving force behind three acts of Congress. The Consumer Federation of America and the Advocates of Highway and Auto Safety each awarded Thompson their lifetime achievement awards.
