@UndergroundWellness L-Lysine was part, and an increase in vegetables, not so much fruit. The lysine was a good anti-inflammatory. I'm forgetting one more.

I don't know if you have but could you please do something on Celiac Disease when you have time, thanks for everything. Great video again, spreading this knowledge to my family and friends but not forcing it down there throat. So to speak, PEACE!

Sean, hoping you are going to do a video on the best probiotics. How much to take, how long...hope there is some indication in Dr. Mcbride's book....as I'm in dire need of this kind of info...cause boy have I got a history which points to my health issues being caused by low or no good bacteria. :-)
