  • Weems's band must have been the hottest one around. I\ve never been able to find a record that wasn't completely worn down.

  • Yes a unique arrangement. The arranger for the band was Joe Haymes, who was around twenty one at the time. A true genius. Created the sound of the Weems band almost single handedly.

  • Such happy times back in the 1920s and how it shows in the popular music, such as this! thanks Aaron. Love the Bari sax solo with the trumpet. Some fun!

  • I love this music.

Thank you very much for posting it.

  • "catchy" tune, sorry!

And sorry for all the comments/removals -- browser problems on my part.

  • I did some digging and found the answer to my question. Songwriting credits go to Edgar Leslie and James V. Monaco.

Really catch tune and a very clever lyric!
