I think that Mark Jackson actually helped Chambers get higher in the air. Notice Chambers jumping onto the shoulder of Jackson and Jackson raising his arm to protect himself. This gave Chambers more lift. Still a great dunk.

The racial stuff is such a waste of energy. Tom Chambers had a lot of great dunks in his career, just check out some of the others shown here on YouTube. He is also one of the few players in the NBA to score 60 points in a game, and is a member of the 20,000 point club.
