  • Thanks for the videos!

It wasn't a heavy bomber as it says in your description by the way! It was a reconnaissance aircraft!

  • @Luca908 Stop parroting your dad yelling at the TV, Get another digit in your age, become educated and more well informed, and for more vitamin D, go outside. loser.

  • @AndyHDTVB Yes, you could say this spy-plane creates war because it invades territory. But many lives were at stake, and it is necessary to gather this information. When you have an invasive enemy superpower with nukes like the Soviet Union, you don't mess around. Besides, there never was a war. So, war was prevented. It's that simple. If you disagree, I won't try to argue with you, just offering a different perspective. No need for a flame war.

  • Ah it had no weapons its a spy plane. Also we never went to war with the Russians so it worked.

  • prevent war????? yea right, are they not build to invade other people's nation?

That's what the American always said to maintain peace then firing missiles on the other hand.

  • Kelly Johnson was certainly one of the greatest aeronautical engineers of all time. But credit also has to go to Lockheed for creating the kind of environment for him where he could best use his talents. And also to MIT for giving an education with the highest standards. It shows what is possible under those conditions. All that is gone now. As an aeronautical engineer, it makes me sad. But I am grateful to have had the opportunity to live and work in those exciting days.

  • now we have google earth..

  • cod-black ops brought me here
