Alex Sanchez, I've read the entire Rainbow Boys series and just finished The God Box a few days ago. Both have helped me SO much with my life- other people's views, acceptance of myself, and dealing with being a gay believer. I now am a freshman in highschool in a proud relationship with my girlfriend of 2 years, and I'd like to thank you so much for being that change you wanted to see in teh world. You inspire all of us. Mr. Sanchez, it's almost going to be 4 years since I bought The God Box (my favorite book of all-time) and rode 3 hours in public transportation to meet you at an in-store in West Hollywood, CA. Four years later I can finally say that I feel at peace with both my spirituality and my homosexuality and I owe it all to you. @sillykatz I know just how you feel! It seems that being bi puts you in an awkward position. Both sides telling you, you need to choose. That's what many people have been telling me. Sometimes I wish I could. Just make the 'simple' choice. But I can't. I hope and pray that it does get better and easier. And as for you, thank you for your comment. Believe it or not, it does help me!

i like boys and girls, i'm totally afraid of coming out bisexual. gay friends don't believe me neither do straights. i have one bisexual guy friend and he is going through the same thing i am. he is attracted to both and gets told he's a coward by gay people, then he gets called gay by straight people. both of us wish we could choose one, it would be so much easier to deal with, but we can't, we have deep feelings for both. i as ashamed of feeling bisexual growing up, now i'm not!
