  • Found it at last, after 50 years! This was used as the theme tune for the BBC radio production of Nicholas Nickleby when I used to listen to it in bed in the dark as a boy!

    Atmospheric doesn't even approach it!

  • there's nothing like playing along to a piece like this. except maybe playing it with an orchestra. which is sooooo much fun
