What is Nitrous? Simply put, Nitrous (N2O) creates large amounts of horsepower by creating more oxygen in the engines cylinder chamber and cooling the air from the intake. Both of which makes the engine more efficient and thus creates more horsepower for short bursts of speed. As N2O is injected, the Nitrous system will also inject more fuel to burn with the extra O2.

I have a compucar 275 horse wet kit whith a plate i am buying a brodix intake that has raised bosses for indiviual y jet fittings. Can i up the jet size more than 275 horse.

Jetting is really only meant for minor changes in delivery amounts of nitrous and fuel in order to fine tune your mixture to achieve optimum burn condition in the cylinder. You know you're at the right jetting by pulling plugs and reading the internal cylinder condition.

Drastic changes in horsepower increase will only come from upgrading to a higher HP rated kit....

a wet it gives a bigger boost because it is not onlt NOs it is Nos+O2
