you can paint any poly clay with acrylic paint BEFORE you bake it and it will stay on much better than if you do it after baking and you can also use something like futura acrylic floor polish on it after you have baked it and the put it back in the oven for about 5 minutes
NO, do NOT use nail polish. It will be okay for the moment, but over time it reacts with the polymer and it all becomes a sticky mess. Use the clear sealers suggested by the company.

I have a question:
after a few uses then washes my small cookie cutters are getting rusted. Am I cleaning them wrong or is that common and will it effect my clay?
