I agree with his take on the heavy profile barrels. I've got a .308 and .223 (not LaRue rifles because I'm poor). Absolutely love them. Accurate as all hell. My only critique is the weight. On the .223 carbine there isn't much of a difference, but my .308 weighs in at just over 18 pounds :(

Cerakote is the best spray on coating on the market. I have tried all the coatings and hands down, the Cerakote is the BEST!!!
