no, the rock version is fine. because it's in the modern world (since it's october '09 right now, many things will happen and the second kira case is going to begin^^)

anyway good timing, quality and no subs. also song fits to the context (not like other AMVs)

It's an awesome amv, and it fits really well with the show, and also the later character of Light which makes it more awesome.

However, I've honestly always preferred the 1976 version of this song over the remake
