@Bloogyo olol, I downloaded a program called, "Hal Reader"(it's free) and you can type in something and you can download what it says. The voice I used here is "Microsoft Mike".

How many voices does it come with? My version came with one voice and wants me to pay 25$ for any extra ones. It comes with a bunch of files that have the names of the downloadable voices but I can't use them for some reason.
