  • what is the ratio of earth and sand? or clay and sand?

  • @shengcaixiansheng Would depend on the proportion of clay in your earth.. here it is near equal proportions because of a very clayey soil..

  • where can i buy the press from? thanks

  • @ekundayowt

You should get in touch with the guys at ASTRA, Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru

  • It's like magic! That is just mud? It looks dry and like a fine, filtered powder. Thanks for sharing.

  • @field16

It's mud for sure :) Earth and sand have both been screened through a 5mm sieve and hence the mix looks pretty fine. Since the amount of water added is really low (if it's too moist, one cannot compact it), it also seems powdery.
