I would say slow down and really feel the beat. Your moving off beat and way too fast. And popping is more about creating moves than redoing signature moves ie moon-slide, random waves. I mean you can do your moves just make them more crisp and have a more consistent flow. Above all that make sure your hits stay on beat with the song. Besides that good practice
