i think her name is pia arcangel (pronounced ark-anghel). she's a newscaster in the 2nd largest tv network in the philippines. but she's married already.

I think he was referring to the lady who cooked adobo and just used the liquid ingredients and a little bit of onion. He feels that no meat in anyones diet is bad but since that's all that she can afford then so be it. And that is my interpretation. By the way, who narrated this documentary?, she's cute.
