Linux Games: Warzone 2100 on Ubuntu AMD64

A little play demo of the free Warzone2100 that was released to GPL, and reworked. It used to be on ps1, now it has been revamped with network play, high resolutions, with the original music. The original game was published by Eidos and made by pumpkinhead studios. You can install it in ubuntu linux with "sudo apt-get install warzone2100". The sound is a bit off in the video due to my video capture software I used, but it's all alot better in the real game (well perfect).

This is for PC. The PS1 version is great for singleplayer, and the look of the game is good imo. PS1 had a cool camera view with OK controls. The PC's multiplayer is awesome.

@asmith4726 I did finsh the demo for it, I was once a bea tester for this game, I just think the game looks very dead, look at the ground fr exmple, it looks like a freaking gave yard, the game lack music, the ps1 controlls ware the worse, Im not a fan of the game but I allways like the screen of victory so I didn't play it for long :), now if you excuse me im gone lay The Temple of elemental evil :)

@evilsoshi Than do so? lol. When warzone was originally made, it was pretty much to get a stradegy game on the playstation 1 in 3d. This version of the game is just lip service to the fans of the game. If you aren't a fan of the game, then don't play :)

I played this on ps1 demo, not such great game, its fun but get fast boring why? its the same again and again.
