I just found the EXACT SPOT where they filmed this scene, it's at the stairs that go down to the Lands End Coastal Trail , not far from the ruins of the old Sutro Baths, I compared the scenery from the movie to the area and it was a perfect match, the old cement area where Clint Eastwood is standing is still there
