If Orange County needs water that bad, why are they making parks like Hermosa in San Clemente where they're planning to make 6 or more fields. They could make parks with alot of cement in them like for a skatepark instead of a bunch of fields that require water all the time.

we all so need to let the fresh water fish swim in to the salt water , becouse some fish live in fresh water and salt water.
