Cool, nice vid. Have just started gymnastics, been to 2 lessons now (am 32 lol) really gotta work on my cartwheels! want to be able to round off and backflip half as well as you guys.

I would love to get involved more in this type of training. Those who participate in parkour are particularly talented and exhibit great feats of fitness and agility.

I would learn the basics first good handstand, alot of the clips have the basic exercises in them that are safe for most people. I would find a local adult gymnastics class in your area or just stick to the basics build your base strength and flexibility. Acro is alot of fun but if you rush with a body and mind that is not ready it can be a world of pain. small consistent steps are key.

We can all do amazing things with our body just need to take things step by step. Build a solid foundation of clear goals, optimal breath, hydration, whole fresh food, not too much or too little movement and good rest your body can do it:)
