What my friend and I did was we went to to run (in start menu) typed in "cmd" then typed in "net user Administrator * " set the password as "lolhax" and logged of student and typed in
User: Administrator; Password: lolhax
and from there we went into control panel and went to internet options change the allowance of violence and other stuff all the way up and saved it then we logged off admin and went back to student and we could look at any site we wanted. :D

Internet filters suck, can't search for illigal stuff anymore. It used to be real easy, even if you didn't want to find the stuff. I mean real bad stuff, like snuff.

Most proxy specific sites are blocked with keyword filters so Google is better in terms of chances of it working.
