EBAY AND PAYPAL SUCKS A BIG ONE

This video shows proof of my air spindle I sold on eBay is working properly after I received it back from the buyer after he claiming it was vibrating real bad, using excessive air and not coming close to 40,000 RPM like it should. I would not except a return on it because he exceeded my return policy and admitted using an inline air oiler on his air source which will damage it. He filed a SNAD claim against me and won with fabricated information from him and what he told the manufacture. He just rented my almost in like new condition, very expensive tool for 2 months free of charge and Paypal helped him do it. Now the value of this air spindle has dropped considerably and I'm stuck with a scratched up, very used, abused air tool and now I'm required to give him a full refund on his purchase too. Beware other Ebay sellers and Paypal users out there this could happen to you with nothing you can do about it. I'm calling for a boycott to quit using eBay and Paypal totally until they change there unfair, discriminating SNAD dispute & claim policy and feedback policy.

@tiredtrucker4life You can sell your items on bonanza.com and you can use propay instead of paypal. Don't give up on making extra cash via online selling. There are other ways beyond ebay and paypal.

@JWBUBBAMAN You can still sell on Bonanza, a hot new competitor of ebay. You can also take Propay instead of Paypal. Propay is very reputable, owned by Wells Fargo. They will fight like crazy for any seller.

Yeah I buy used Repo Special cars and sale them on eBay and they Asked me to send copy's of all the invoices on proof that i have the cars. eBay and there system sucks it is okay for all these Nigerian scams to fuck all us over and they get nothing done to them it is not right. I have 1344 postive feedbacks on ebay this year and 1 negative feedback and I am restricted by ebay, and paypal is holds my money for 21 days. Lets start a revolution or ebay boycott. CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG , YOU are BLAMING EBAY and PAYPAL NOT THE SELLER,  its THE SELLERS FAULT! There are THOUSANDS SELLER on EBAY. Just KEEP mentioning SELLERS ID its better for everyone HEARD ebay SELLER to avoid buying from them. ITs just 10 Buisness day or less get your WHOLE amount of your MONEY, It happens to me also, Its another lesson, its better to ask the SELLER bfore buying stuff.. dont BUY if you dont trust them ..
