@LinSF03 Traditionally it is determined by how much of the solution are essential oils. Perfume would be around 15% and cologne would be 5-8%. But from where I am from most people call any fragrance for women Perfume and any fragrance for men Cologne, that and the fact that a good deal of fragrances are just chemicals rather than essential oils

Hey Tim can You please review on how cologne can last on shelf life. I know you and other players own over 40 bottles and they can last years if you rotate on them. What about the ones you tend to ignore or save for special occasions. also when buying online how do you know if a bottle you got is brand new but might have been in stock for years? Are they still good and effective?
