@korvix "finger position?" these guys can move some serious weight around with excellent form and you're commenting on finger position? I want to make so many inappropriate comments about how you could better put your fingers to use, but I'll refrain. I only need one finger position to demonstrate how I feel about your comment.

This is great advice. It's especially important as you tire towards the end of your sets to retain this form.
As for the bent bar or "cambered bar", this is a bar that sits better on the upper back than a straight bar and is also easier to hold in position due to the hands being lower. It mimics what you sometimes see in poor countries when they carry heavy loads in buckets across their back using a "yoke". It is much better for squat training than an ordinary straight bar, but rarer to find.

I like the voiceover, very easy to hear every word contrary to some of the other videos where clanking metal and music interfere..
